    "content": "With due respect, Hon. Angwenyi, you are doing your fifth term and I hope you have enjoyed the learning curve. So, it must be easier in understanding because you have been here for five terms. I am only doing my second term. When a notice has been given, it gives room for the stakeholders to prepare so that they can evaluate it objectively and when that time comes to present before the ad hoc Committee, there is ample time of preparation. That is what I meant. Hon. Deputy Speaker, you know that I am one of the articulate people in this Assembly and I cannot mislead the House. So, my humble request to people from the other side is we oppose this so that, if it is important that this Bill must go for publication, it should be the entire 14 days so that we give ample time for the key stakeholders to prepare and do a presentation when it comes to the relevant Committee."
