    "content": "The last time we discussed amendments to a Bill on elections like the one we discussed in the 11th Parliament, it was a very important matter. I remember we formed a bipartisan committee where I even sat. The issue was very important. It is now being handled so casually that because you have numbers, you can bring amendments to the House and expect them to go through. This is a very important matter to this country. This is changing the rules of the game in the middle! I am sure if I heard Jubilee Party clearly, they said the President won the elections. If he won, we do not need to change the rules. The rules should remain the same and he will still win with the old rules he used. What is this that has necessitated the rules to be changed midway if Hon. Duale is aware or confirming that the President won?"
