I request the Leader of the Majority Party to shelve this Bill and let us discuss it in a bipartisan manner. Let us look at the merit of the issues they want to bring. Ordinarily, the people who should bring amendments of this nature are the IEBC. They should be the originators of this matter because they are the ones who are going to conduct elections, unless Jubilee wants to be a player and, at the same time, a referee."
