Members, I understand that there are Members who do not have cards for any good reason. We still think there are some Members who did not pick their cards. Can the said Members come forward so that we can manually register you. This manual thing sometimes happens. I am giving you only a minute. I want to request those Members who do not have cards to register themselves quickly. I advise that there will be Members who will be voting Ayes and others will be voting Noes.
