As we pass the list of the Committee Members, I would like to seek knowledge of the criterion which was used to select the Members because I do not know. If it is regional balancing, I am wondering whether it is reflected on the list. I do not think that the former provinces are reflected in this particular list. I believe there must be a good reason to have regional balancing in some of these issues. It is good to look at how we can make sure that every part of Kenya is satisfied with what is happening in this House."
