    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving an opportunity to contribute to this Motion. We cannot purport to say that we are going for an election without allocating resources towards it. Again, I know it in the interest of many of the Members here, since we went around our constituencies telling people that we will have free secondary education beginning next year. So, it is very important to support this committee at this moment, so that we can have funds available for the elections and free secondary education. As my fellow Hon. Member has said, we shall have more funds available for us from the NG-CDF to support students in institutions of higher learning, colleges and universities."
