    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I take this opportunity to second what the Chief Whip has just said. It is true that Wednesday mornings are meant for Members’ priorities. However, since we have some urgent aspect of picking Members of the Chairperson’s Panel, it is in line for us to be exempted from that Standing Order so that we can be able to transact this very important business. You might be sitting in the Chair and you could be having some other issues. Therefore, we would need this panel to be in place for the House to proceed with its business. I totally agree and second."
