    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. I rise to support the Motion in the amended form whereby we are approving the appointment of these members to the Chairperson’s Panel. I wish to congratulate the appointed members. I wanted to speak for Hon. Mariru because it seems like he is little known. I rise to support the words of the Woman Representative for Laikipia County that Hon. Mariru is a man of good repute. He has the right credentials to oversee the goings-on within the Chairman’s Panel. I rise to congratulate him. He has been the Speaker of Laikipia County Assembly. I also congratulate Hon. Roselinda Soipan Tuya. Being a lady, she has proved herself to be an iron lady. So, we can be sure that the appointments were right. I also congratulate Hon. Jessica Mbalu, given her experience in this House, and of course, this experienced lawyer, Hon. Christopher Omulele. I rise to support the Motion. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
