    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is only last week that Mr. Mbuvi asked Question No.548 to the same Minister and in this case, the land occupied by the offices of the City Council, Makadara Ward, had similarly been occupied by a private developer. In that instance, the Minister agreed to repossess. Is the Assistant Minister satisfied that merely because the chief’s office was not a permanent building, that land should have been alienated to the developer? Is he giving a green light that all administrative offices and public utilities should now be parceled and shared out by developers in Makadara Constituency?"
