    "content": "In conclusion, the overall goal of the Policy is to attain the highest possible standards of health in a responsible manner by supporting equitable, affordable and high quality health and related services at the highest attainable standards for all Kenyans. With those few remarks, I request the House to adopt Sessional Paper No.2 of 2017 on the Kenya Health Policy 2014 – 2030. I request my brother and friend, Dr. Pukose, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Endebess, to second. For starters, Dr. Pukose is a medical doctor and served as the Vice-Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Health in the 11th Parliament. I am sure he will add value to this Motion."
