In the previous case, there is a letter from the Permanent Secretary confirming that the land was grabbed and requesting the Council to repossess it. Therefore, clearly, there is a pattern where the Ministry is giving all the public utility land. It is okay if the Assistant Minister wants to look at it further but it is not true that the Question was being dropped."
