    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, when it comes to the Motion, I want to start by looking at life expectancy. I have two sources: one from the World Bank and another from the World Health Organisation. The average life expectancy for Kenya in 2015 was at 62.3 years, having improved from 51 years at the start of the 21st Century. This shows us that the improvement of the health policy will give the people of Kenya good health. A healthy nation is a working nation."
