This is the documentation I have, and I will table it here. Secondly, I also want to confirm to hon. Members that no transfer has been approved by the Ministry for this plot to be transferred to anybody else. The plot still remains the property of the County Council of Nyandarua. No transfer has taken place. I have communicated with the Clerk to the Council, that this plot should not be transferred to anybody whatsoever. It must continue to remain the property of the County Council of Nyandarua."
