    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Information and Communications the following Question by Private Notice. I am asking this Question for the second time. (a) Is the Minister aware that the Board of Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) proceeded with the recruitment of a new Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation in spite of a resolution of the House to refer the matter to a Committee for consideration? (b) Could the Minister give an undertaking to annul the exercise until the investigation on the competence of the Board is resolved?"
