I have noticed that the Senate Majority Leader has already gone to other Motions before certain things are resolved. This morning, I came across a similar Bill, Supplement No.148 - National Assembly Bill No.39 of 2017 titled “Election Laws (Amendment) Bill 2017”. The said Bill has been proposed by Hon. William Cheptumo. It is dated 22nd September, 2017. The Bill published by Sen. Dullo, in my view after reading, appears to be the same Bill that is currently before the National Assembly."
