Let me also put it clearly for all Senators that it is true that I have done due diligence on this Bill as the Temporary Speaker, as required by the Standing Orders. That is why I have allowed it to be introduced in the House. The Motion on this Bill has been moved and seconded. So, that has been done. I was not clear if you were asking whether I did the due diligence or whether we have had concurrence or not.
