I have had the pleasure of seeing the answer the Assistant Minister had supplied and I want to draw your attention to paragraph (a) where he states categorically that the matter that was before the House was with regard to the constitution of the board of the corporation and not the appointment of the Chief Executive. I rise on that because unless you give directions, a Question cannot be on one thing and then extended to stretch to another. Otherwise, this House will become just a mechanism for lynching. It is necessary you give directions that the matter before the House was only about the legality of the board and nothing to do with the Managing Director."
