    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I am law abiding. I know that I must prove my allegations. I am satisfied with your ruling that I can come back to this House with my certified documents proving that at Naituyupaki Primary School, there were more votes cast than the number of registered voters. I will substantiate that. Earlier I indicated that I have written a letter to have authenticated documents. At the moment I have the print-out which has to be certified by the IEBC. Once certified I will come to this House and prove my point. For now, I withdraw those statements. I apologise for not having the documents but of course there is another day for me to have them. I thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir."
