    "content": " Thank you Senator, your time is up. Sen. Cherargei, before you make your contribution, I would like to draw your attention to Standing Order No.29(3) which I earlier read to you. It states that:- “On a day when the Senate is scheduled to adjourn to a day other than the next normal sitting day in accordance with the calendar, the Senate Majority Leader or another member of the Senate Business Committee shall move a Motion of adjournment which shall be debated for not more than two hours after which the Senate shall adjourn without question put.” The point is that there will be no voting on this one. So, you will have one minute."
