I believe that our Standing Orders provide for the attire that every Member should wear. I am wondering whether that hat is part of the medical requirement or the attire that a Member should wear in this House. Unless it is supported by medical evidence, I do not think that there should be special attire that the Standing Orders do not provide for in the House. Is the Member in order to address the House while wearing a hat that is not medically provided for?"
