I had some serious reservations on how some projects in Laisamis were identified, but I have discussed with him about that. However, one of the things that they say will help to alleviate poverty and encourage nomadic life is to plan and encourage townships along the main roads. How does this contribute to the betterment of nomadic life in Northern Kenya?"
