I know I am not supposed to be interrupted as much as I am contributing regarding what Sen. Cheruiyot thinks that needs further clarification. I have not heard your ruling on whether it is right for a Member to be interrupted on their maiden speech. Be that as it may, if that is your ruling that I should be interrupted, I will proceed.
