    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, disability is an issue that many people are not sensitive about and we need to talk about it with passion. As we speak now, people with disabilities still continue to be abused in the streets of Nairobi. According to our Constitution, it is very wrong for their dignity to be reduced that way by allowing them to beg on the streets. I feel that 10th is very far because there is need for an immediate action."
