    "content": "healthcare for PWDs. Development can only be attained if everybody in society is contributing to gainful employment. That person living with disability who is not engaged in any gainful employment is disadvantaged because at some point they also become ill and yet they do not have a medical cover. I support this Motion for those reasons."
