    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Motion. I listened to Sen. Mwaura presenting this Motion with a lot of emotions and I learned that there is some sun screen oil that is very expensive. I know of some persons living with disabilities who got it in their advanced age and they face a lot of challenges in daily lives. Many times, they have to beg for money to cater for their medical care and buy food. Many of them come from disadvantaged backgrounds."
