    "content": "The Independent Electoral and Section in No.9 of 2011. Boundaries Commission Act, 2011 is amended by inserting the following new section immediately after section 7A — Absence of chairperson. 7B. (1) Whenever the chairperson is absent, the vice-chairperson shall assume the duties of the chairperson and exercise the powers and responsibilities of the chairperson.
