"content": "I do not need to read this because it is already in the Order Paper. I just want to go to the rationale why we are proposing these amendments. Because of the nature of the duties of the chairperson, qualification in law will be very essential in this provision. The electoral process is with numerous legal instruments and processes. So, we would like to retain that provision of the chairperson so that he is able to use the legal background he has to execute the functions of the commission. There is no prejudice in retaining this provision. That is why we are proposing that we retain the position and lay the purpose of this amendment."
