    "content": "The phrase “manually transmit” is not clear as to the type of additional transmission of the results required under the Act. Inclusion of the phrase “physically deliver” is for clarity. When you say you transmit the results manually, what does it really mean? When you talk of physical delivery of the results, it means the Form 34A will be delivered from the polling station or the constituency tallying centre to the national tallying centre. The mode of delivery of the results becomes clear."
