    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairman. I wish to support the amendments because when the wording is “manual transmission of results”, it may not be very clear. It may also attract some legal interpretations. When it is indicated that the results will be delivered physically, then there is no challenge as to the manner in which the results will be transmitted, being an alternative to electronic transmission. I believe that is a very good clarification. I wish to support the amendment."
