    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairman. We all know election officials are people who have gone to school. So, anybody who does not do what they are supposed to do, we know they will be doing so on purpose to mess an election. I have been a victim of an electoral officer who messed my election. I, therefore, support the amendment that anybody who plays around with the voter must face the consequences."
