    "content": "Section 14(2), the one we are seeking to delete, conflicts with Article 35(a) of the Constitution which provides that every citizen has a right of access to information held by the State. So, the Constitution says that every citizen must access information from the State, including the achievements of that Government. It could be construction of bridges, roads, the SGR and so on."
