    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support the inclusion of New Clause 12. In the world presently, you cannot get enough people to know the information you want to deliver if you are gagged and not allowed to advertise using social media, newspapers or broadcast. So, I support that the Government should not be gagged not to sell its projects or programmes. There are people who are not in the capital city or near where these things are done. So, without advertising, information will not reach the people as the Government would like."
