    "content": "It will be absurd that the national Government has restricted travel of their officials outside the country, but county governments have not. Whereas Cabinet Secretaries and Principal Secretaries will not be leaving the country because of saving money for the repeat presidential elections and enhancement of the Free Day Secondary Education Programme, county governments are left to travel all over the world.
