However, I was trying to say that it makes no sense for us to budget for the process and drugs, yet we have left the nurses outside the Budget. For that particular matter, our work here will be affected because we have not treated the problem that is facing the health sector in this nation. We must first reinstate our nurses and continue budgeting for the process. Secondly, what is the purpose of the money that you have allocated the IEBC? We do not have elections. We want that money to be returned to the Central Bank of Kenya so that we can wait ---"
