    "content": "On the issue of maize subsidy, I know the World Health Organisation (WHO) released a very damning report of the children who were thoroughly malnourished. It is quite a worrying trend. If you look at the newspapers today, you will see children from Turkana who are desperate. They are underweight and are really malnourished. I hope the interventions will include and complement what is already being done by other agencies like WHO and the Red Cross to save our children and ensure they reach five years of age."
