    "content": "I beg to support this Report on Supplementary Estimates for the 2017/2018 Financial Year. I hope our colleagues can be honest enough and tell their constituents why they are elected to be in this House. We hope they are going to take their role of legislation, representation and oversight seriously because this role is not one of the Executive. That is why the Committee invited different departments of Government and asked them to tell them why they should be allocated different resources."
