    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to move that this House adopts the First Supplementary Estimate Budget Report. This is so that we achieve the many activities that have been lined up. I clearly state that we would not want the country to be misled; that this House has not allocated funding for the presidential elections. The country should know that the Committee has allocated Kshs12 billion for the purpose of the fresh presidential election, which will be conducted on 26th October, 2017. All presidential candidates had better run up and down asking for votes because the elections will be held on that day. The IEBC is ready.
