    "content": "Additionally, the amendment proposes deletion of sub-sections 6 and 7 of Section 44 of the Act. This was applicable to the elections held on 8th August 2017. Sub-sections 6 and 7 relate to provisions dealing with elections held on 8th August 2017. Therefore, they are not relevant in this particular case.
