    "content": "I want to say that the change of quorum from five to three commissioners is a very good thing. This House has set an example. Where we have committees of more than 15 people, we have set the quorum of four Members. Therefore, it is a good thing. We have seen electoral commissions in other countries which have only three commissioners in total. Therefore, I believe that having a leaner team will be more efficient in terms of quorum, so that we do not have a few individuals who will hold our country back."
