    "content": "Kenyans do not deserve what they have been put through during this period, just because there is need to satisfy the ego and the whims of one person whose pot of requirement is kind of a bottomless pit because of conditions after conditions. So we want to put Kenyans at rest through these amendments. Clause 3, for instance, gives a provision that ensures continuity of the Commission’s business even in the absence of the chair.
