    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to speak. I will take just two minutes for the purpose of addressing one issue that I thought was not quite articulated in the debate that ended - the issue of timeliness of the coming repeat presidential election and the fact that it has been discussed a lot out there. If you remember, there have been amendments to the electoral law just before elections. I have in mind the amendments of 2007 and 2013 among many other times. Prior to elections, everybody participates in amending the electoral laws.
