"content": "Hon. Lusaka): Hon. Senators, I would like to make a Communication on a visiting delegation from Uasin Gishu County Assembly. Hon. Senators, I would like to acknowledge the presence, in the Speaker’s Gallery, this afternoon, of a delegation of the County Assembly Service Board (CASB) from Uasin Gishu County Assembly. The delegation led by the hon. Speaker of the county assembly is visiting the Senate to familiarize itself on the management and operations of the parliamentary car loan and mortgage scheme funds. I request each member of the delegation to stand when called out so that they may be acknowledged in the Senate tradition. They are:- (1) Hon. David Kiplagat - Speaker (2) Hon.
