    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have two Statements to seek. STATUS OF INCLUSION OF PWDS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 46 (2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Senate Majority Leader regarding the non-compliance with Article 100 of the Constitution on the promotion of representation of marginalized groups as well as status of inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the Public Service. In the Statement, the Senate Majority Leader should address the following: (1)What is the status of compliance with Article 100 of the Constitution with regard to representation in Parliament and county assemblies of the women, youth and PWDs, ethnic and other minorities as well as marginalized communities? (2) How many PWDs are currently employed in the Public Service, including independent officers and commissions? (3) What measures is the Government taking to achieve compliance with Article 100 and to also ensure representation of PWDs in Public Service?"
