    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, aware that the power to establish water service boards vests in the Minister for Water and Irrigation; concerned that the entire North Rift, inhabited by millions of people residing in urban centres such as Eldoret Municipality and semi-urban and rural areas, is currently served by a single water board; aware of the need to have an efficient and effective water service delivery and management all over the country; this House urges the Government to establish two water service boards in the North Rift in order to take services closer to the people. IMPLEMENTATION OF MILLENNIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS"
