    "content": "We also have private millers that are coming up, but they have learnt bad habits from the other millers. Farmers run to private millers thinking they are the better option or a better devil, but they end up facing the same problems, if not worse. Private millers are treating farmers in the same way. There is no distinction between the other millers and private millers. Honestly, I stand with sugar-cane farmers in all the sugar belts of this country, irrespective of the region. I believe it is time this House rose up to the occasion and sorted out this problem once and for all. On that note, I beg to support this Motion."
