    "content": "Hon. Speaker, it is not really a point of order per se, but to take this opportunity to profoundly thank you for that Communication. It offers very good guidance to the House in terms of how we conduct business. Hon. Speaker, more importantly, is your resolve to stick to our own rules and procedures in this House as enumerated in our Standing Orders, and also to show that this country is governed by the rule of law. Let me also take this opportunity--- You have referred in your Communication to leaders who have served in this House, including the President who was the Leader of the Minority Party, the then Opposition, and also the Deputy President. Hon. Speaker, allow me to remind the House a quote from none other than the Deputy President who said in the recent past that: “We are looking at a coalition that is leaderless, radar-less, clueless and visionless.”"
