    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I am making reference to Article 108 of the Constitution about the leadership of Parliament both in the National Assembly and the Senate. The Constitution is very clear about the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party. What the Constitution talks about in Article 108(2) is about the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party in the National Assembly. There is nowhere it states that the Senate should also have these leaders."
