    "content": "It is fair that Parliament as an institution designates one place where people can come, even if they want to sleep there and undress. It should be somewhere away from the precincts of the institution. There is a place which is already earmarked for that. I suspect that Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi may be aware of that proposal, but it is being worked on."
