When this housing project starts, and I want the youth in this country to listen carefully, the country will require a lot of skilled labour mainly on masonry and plumbing. We must ensure that we are prepared for that. We have provided Kshs8.3 billion as counterpart funding to ensure that various technical institutes across the country are fully equipped with modern equipment. Therefore, the youths should get prepared to get the necessary skills to enable them get the jobs that will be created through enhanced housing projects."
