Noting that the officers who bungled the elections in August, Mr. Chiloba and the rest, are still in office, I feel that this money is going to waste. The elections will be bungled again. Therefore, I want you to withdraw this money and we look at it again. Let us look at how we are going to conduct a free and fair election in accordance with the Constitution of Kenya. Thank you, Hon.
